My Lord and My God

Day 3: today I am thankful for my faith, my God and all the opportunities that I have been given. God is always patient and understanding and never judges me. He accepts me for who I am and the mistakes I have made. Most of all He gives me the opportunity to give back and make a difference for others. God has crossed my path with some amazing people that I now can't imagine life without. When I feel like there is no answer or no end God shows me differently and He always knows best for me! A challenge is never impossible with God and even when i become discouraged, God is there and waiting for me to come back and try something different. If it weren't for God I wouldn't be here and it is because of Him I have so much to be thankful for! Life how I know it is because of the wonderful Man above and I am most thankful for life he has given me!

Not Just Today

Day 2: Today, I {as every day} have lots to be thankful for but I what stood out was charity and all the work and dedication that goes into a charity by those that believe in it! I believe in giving to those less fortunate but I really enjoy giving to small charities or those that I have a close connection with. I like knowing that my money and/or time is going for good and that I can speak from my heart about the work of the organization.

Tonight I supported "Give Hope, Fight Poverty" but have supported many different organizations and charities along the way. Today I had fun but I know my monetary donation will make a difference in the days to come and maybe no matter how small it is always appreciated. Making donations makes me feel good and I know I am doing good for others!

It isn't just about today but about the difference I {AND YOU} can make for a lifetime for someone else <3
